New Metrics and Qualtrics hold an executive event on employee experience
New Metrics, an Oman-based Management Consultancy, together with Qualtrics, the world’s leading experience Management Company, recently hosted an executive event on Employee Experience. The event, held at the Crowne Plaza Muscat, was attended by senior executives and Human Resources professionals from various private sector organisations across the Sultanate.
During her presentation, Miriam Kugel, Client Engagement Director at New Metrics said, “In tough economic times, companies tend to look at ways of cutting costs, usually through streamlining processes or reducing headcount.
