We are excited to announce that New Metrics will once again take part in the annual Omani Society for Human Resource Management (OSHRM) Conference happening from 10-12 December in Muscat.

OSHRM is the first and only society of its kind in Oman, run by HR leaders from both the public and private sectors.  The conference, now in it’s fifth year, brings together thought-leaders, authors, and top-level HR professionals from Oman and around the region to learn, debate, discuss and network.  

We will join hands with SAP MENA at an exhibition stand to showcase our latest solutions, from Learning and Development to Experience Management.

New Metrics Consultant Rami Haffar will also lead a workshop titled; Beyond Engagement – the Art of Building and Measuring Employee Experience, drawing from our extensive EX expertise and Qualtrics Certified Advisory status.

The workshop will explore the latest Employee Experience trends, insights and case studies and will look at how the world’s leading Experience Management platform Qualtrics is working to close the experience gap with some of the world’s largest companies.

Rami is a Principal focused on large scale Customer and Employee Experience transformations. He currently heads the Experience Management practice at New Metrics and works to enable organizations to adopt comprehensive Voice of Customer and Employee programs. Previously, he led end-to-end transformations for some of the leading organizations in the Middle East, North Africa, and China. He holds a civil engineering degree and an M.B.A from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
