New Metrics and Saudi Air Navigation Services SANS Announce Strategic Partnership to Advance Employee Experience

New Metrics, a leading human-centric transformation consultancy, today announced a strategic partnership with Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) to advance employee experience and well-being across the organization. The partnership will be formally announced during the GLMC Conference in Riyadh, marking an important milestone in SANS’ people-led transformation journey.

Through this partnership, New Metrics has been working closely with SANS to design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at elevating the overall employee experience. A core initiative within the partnership is the implementation of a comprehensive Voice of Employee (VoE) program, covering all 2,000 SANS employees across the full employee lifecycle from candidacy and onboarding through to offboarding and alumni engagement. Powered by Medallia, the program enables continuous listening, identifies experience blind spots, and supports targeted improvements across key moments that matter.
