We are seeking a high-performing Account Director to lead strategic enterprise growth across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who has strong, existing relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across a variety of enterprise sectors — such as government, telecom, financial services, and others — and who can quickly engage, build trust, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will bring a background in enterprise technology sales and consulting, combined with a track record of driving revenue through customer-centric solutions in areas like experience management, market research, and digital transformation. 

 

  • Take ownership of strategic enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth across multiple industries in the UAE, including but not limited to government, telecom, and financial services
  • Leverage existing executive network to accelerate pipeline development and secure high-impact opportunities
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Sell and position a range of Experience Management (XM) and consulting solutions, including Voice of Customer (VoC), Voice of Employee (VoE), feedback management, market research, and other complementing CX/EX platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales/business development, presales, delivery, consulting, marketing, finance, and legal
  • Develop and execute account plans and go-to-market strategies, forecast accurately, and report on progress to leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology, software, and/or consulting services
  • A strong and active network of senior stakeholders across large enterprise accounts in the UAE
  • Demonstrated success in solution selling and closing large enterprise deals, ideally with experience in experience management and digital transformation
  • Prior experience selling to complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Hunter mentality, strong business acumen, and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams internally and externally
