We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing ESG & Sustainability practice. The role requires strong consulting capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead client engagements from scoping to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design ESG strategies, support implementation, and drive measurable impact across priority sustainability areas.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design ESG strategies, support implementation, and drive measurable impact across priority sustainability areas.

Client Engagement & Solution Design 

  • Lead client discussions and discovery sessions to understand ESG challenges, business priorities, and sector-specific needs. 
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Practice Leads to design tailored, strategic ESG solutions. 
  • Develop compelling and structured client proposals, ensuring alignment with market expectations, ESG regulations, and organizational objectives. 

Advisory & Project Delivery 

  • Lead consulting engagements across ESG strategy, governance, sustainability reporting, materiality assessments, climate risk, and decarbonization pathways. 
  • Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven analysis to support executive decision-making and ESG integration. 
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and consistency across workstreams, while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. 

Practice & Business Development 

  • Contribute to the growth of the ESG practice through go-to-market strategies, new service offerings, and sector-specific value propositions. 
  • Support business development efforts by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and participating in thought leadership initiatives. 
  • Mentor and guide junior team members while helping build ESG methodologies, frameworks, and delivery tools. 

Strategic Insights & Communication 

  • Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations and client reports that translate complex ESG concepts into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Conduct industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and market research to support advisory engagements. 
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders, demonstrating strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Consulting Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5+ years in a client-facing management consulting role (experience in ESG/sustainability is mandatory). 
  • Strong core consulting skills, including problem-solving, analytical structuring, data interpretation, and executive-level presentation development. 
  • Technical Skills:
    o Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel—ability to create clear, compelling presentations and reports.
    o Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    o Experience leading materiality assessments, ESG strategy design, stakeholder mapping, and sustainability governance reviews.
    o Familiarity with decarbonization approaches, climate risk concepts, Scope 1–3 emissions, and sustainability KPIs.
    o Ability to translate regulatory requirements and ESG trends into practical recommendations and business value.
    o Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making. 
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
